Summer Is On It's Way (But It's Flight Has Been Delayed)
I’ve had this post queued up for weeks now but to be honest I’m doing my best to avoid the computer in non-work time, with the abundance of time I’m behind the screen. Finally got my electronic drum kit I’ve wanted for years, as well as a standing desk, some blackout curtains, and a new lawn mower. Oh, as well as a new job, at least for six months or so! We will see!
Added some new fun subdomain redirect magic: if you type: into your browser, it will open up the appropriate application (with a fallback to browser for paypal) based on the uri schema via a redirect (before secure uplink: these don't work via 443, GCP firebase hosting TLS isn't super friendly unless you're using google domains, so I haven't figured out how to do this without setting up a separate cert and CN record and tie that back to firebase, but honestly not that interested in figuring that out!)
