Songs for the Month of October 2024

Sorry for the delay on this and the september post! They’ve been sitting on my computer ready to go, but to be honest I just haven’t had the time to deploy them out. Watching the new season of the Old Man, and recently started the Penguin, which is my second superhero adjacent show that I have actually enjoyed (the other being pennyworth, which shouldn’t have been cancelled!) outside of the one that has become the things it’s satirizing (the boys.)

Plenty to keep me busy in my personal and professional life, but I’m trying to set my vision to next year and what I hope to accomplish. Feels like I’ve been resting somewhat comfortably on my laurels for a while, but I think it’s time to open my heart to new things and strike out at some stuff that puts a little fear in my heart.
